The son of Indian immigrants, Victor was taught the value of hard work, and the importance of home. The experiences of moving from the East Coast to California as a young teen, and later settling in the Bay Area with his wife Jenn — where they eventually bought their first home and started their family — have shaped his enduring belief in the power of home as a means to help people achieve their dreams. Like many Bay Area transplants that come to the Sacramento area in search of community, good schools and housing affordability, Victor moved his family of four to Roseville in 1999. Today, he enjoys the lifestyle that Roseville affords: ample parks, recreation facilities, walking and biking trails, community events, a reliable city-owned utility system, acclaimed schools and a strong sense of belonging. When he is not selling real estate, he enjoys the outdoors and staying fit, exploring the area with Jenn or simply floating in the pool and barbequing in the backyard.
